Yes. Mantis only supports websites build with WordPress. If you’d like to convert your site to WordPress be sure to reach out, we can do that for you!

Do you do content changes ?

We do NOT do content changes. Our services are for those technical issues, or those difficult changes that require a little bit of coding.

Can I pay annually instead of monthly ?

Yes. All of our service plans can be paid for annually. Please review our refund policy before making a final decision.

How do my clients submit a ticket ?

You will provide us with an email, i.e [email protected] or [email protected] When you clients need help they simply send an email. That email will be added to our ticket system.

What does 24/7 support really mean ?

Most jobs are completed Monday to Friday, during business hours. We monitor incoming tasks over the weekend, so if there’s an urgent issue we can call in a developer for extra help.

Why don't you provide unlimited support ?

Since we don’t provide content changes and focus on those tech issues and writing code, our clients don’t have a need for “Unlimited” support.
