Over the past year and a half I have become committed to the Genesis Framework, for WordPress website development. Although it may not be as user-friendly (changing design, layouts, etc…) as other theme frameworks like, iThemes Builder, I do believe Genesis is the best framework available for developing amazing WordPress websites.
