A small job is a task that can be completed by our team within 30 minutes. It can be a content update/change, or fixing a fatal error. If a single request requires 60 minutes, that is the same as using 2 job credits.

Most jobs are completed Monday to Friday, during business hours. We monitor incoming tasks over the weekend, so if there’s an urgent issue we can call in a developer for extra help.
