Three levels of somebody being responsible for your site.
From routine upkeep to full management with hands on support. Every plan is run by WordPress developers, not generic IT, and every one can be cancelled by email with no notice period.
Pick the sentence that sounds like your week.
Nothing is wrong. Nobody is watching either, and you would rather not find out the hard way.
Things break, and each time you lose a day finding somebody who can look at it.
The site takes money. An hour of broken checkout is a number you can calculate.
Those three map onto the three plans below, in that order. If you are not sure which, the honest answer is usually the middle one.
Care keeps a good site healthy. It does not fix a bad one.
Maintaining a site that is the problem
If the build is bloated, the forms do not convert and the design is eight years old, careful maintenance keeps all of that running safely for years.

If the site does its job and just needs looking after, this is the right page and the plans below are the whole offer.

Upkeep plus hands on support
Get startedFor sites where a failure costs money immediately
Get startedBrochure sites and small businesses that need somebody responsible for the site, and nothing more.
Service businesses and lead generation sites that cannot afford downtime and need changes made.
Ecommerce, membership and transactional sites that need staging, priority response and transaction monitoring.
Per site. Sites with custom code, heavy integrations or unusual server setups are quoted separately, and we tell you before anything changes.
Four things that do not depend on what you pay.
How fast, for what, on which plan.
Most support pages promise to be responsive. This says which plan covers which kind of request. A question is answered the same business day. We do not publish an hour count for repairs.
Maintenance is what we do whether you ask or not. Support is what you ask for. Maintain Care is maintenance only, which is why it costs what it does.
Which one is you?
Most clients are the middle one, so that is what is showing. Pick another and the plan below changes.
Brochure site. No changes expected. We want it backed up and watched.
Things come up every month and we need somebody to handle them.
Checkout, memberships, bookings. Downtime has a price per hour.
Everything in Maintain, plus the hands on part: content edits, technical support requests and someone who answers when something is not right. For sites where downtime costs you work.
Pick the one that matches where you are.
Start a plan
You know which level fits. Start it today and we are on the site this week, beginning with a backup and a restore test.
Ask about your site
Several sites, custom code, or you are not sure which level. Tell us and we will say which one, even if it is the cheapest.
The site needs more
If upkeep is not the problem, a Growth Plan rebuilds it in phases with this maintenance included.
Maintenance is the work we do whether or not you ask: backups, updates, monitoring, reporting. Support is work you ask for: a content edit, a plugin that is misbehaving, a form that stopped sending. Maintain Care is maintenance only. Complete and Advanced include support.
Changing text or images, adding a page from content you supply, configuring a plugin setting, fixing something that broke. Not new design work, new features, custom code, or a project. If the work is larger than the plan, we quote it before we do it.
One site per plan. Multiple sites are priced per site, and we will discount a group. Ask us.
Yes, though we have opinions. If your host is the reason the site is slow or fragile, we will tell you and help you move.
Yes, and they usually belong on Advanced Care because a failed checkout costs money in a way a broken About page does not.
Support runs by email and chat so there is a written record of every request. For anything complicated, we will get on a call.
Any time, by email. Upgrades start immediately, downgrades at the next billing date, and there is no cancellation fee or notice period.
Not on a Care Plan. Migrations are quoted separately, and a rebuild belongs on a Growth Plan where the build and the upkeep are one monthly fee.
If your site needs more than the plan, we say so before billing it.
Including when the cheapest plan is the right one for you.
Hosting, licences and backups in your name, documented.
You email a developer who knows your site.
