Plans / One-time project

A fixed scope, a fixed price, and a clear finish line.

Most of our work runs on a monthly Growth Plan. When a project really is one and done, we do that too, from $6,000. The quote is the price, and we will tell you honestly if a plan would serve you better.

01 / When it fits

Good one-time projects have edges.

  • A defined build: a new site with a known set of pages, or a rebuild of one you already have.
  • A single system: one workflow, such as an application with an approval step, built on Gravity Forms and Gravity Flow.
  • A custom plugin that does one job well. See custom development.
  • A budget that has to be spent once, such as a grant or a fiscal-year allocation.

If you expect the site to keep changing, or you want someone improving it every month, a Growth Plan is usually the better value.

02 / How it works

Four steps, no surprises.

Step 1

Scope

A call, then a written scope: what gets built, what does not, and what done looks like.

Step 2

Quote

One fixed price for that scope. If we misjudged the work, that is ours to absorb.

Step 3

Build

Built on staging with check-ins along the way, so nothing is a surprise at launch.

Step 4

Launch and handover

We launch, test, and hand over everything: logins, licenses, hosting details and documentation.

03 / Project or plan

04 / After launch

What happens when the project is done.

You own everything we built. If you want it looked after, a Care Plan keeps it updated, backed up and monitored. If you would rather keep improving it, we can move you to a Growth Plan.
